This week we are learning about fruit and vegetables during preschool time. Yesterday we discussed fruit and today was vegetables. For craft, the kids painted with straws. I just free-handed cut the shape of a carrot, gave them each a straw and small cuup of orange paint. Oh, they also glued on the green stems themselves. They really liked this and thought it was kind of crazy to paint with straws!
